XM stands for Extra Maturesourced from what is believed to be the last field of 8-year-old agave in Jess Mara, boasting exceptionally high sugar content. It also means Extra Madera, as 30% of this batch was uniquely fermented in wooden tinas, adding depth and complexity rarely found in high-proof tequilas.
