Adamus Dry Gin is produced in the region of Bairrada, Portugal. In its production, 18 different botanicals are used, which are distilled through the steam infusion process. Interestingly, the blending of these botanicals occurs only after distillation, which gives the gin its unique complexity.

The selected botanicals include hibiscus, juniper, oranges, lemons, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom.

A special feature is the use of the Baga grape variety, which accounts for about 90% of the total cultivation in Bairrada. The remaining ingredients of the 18 botanicals are not disclosed, which gives the gin a mysterious character.

The bottle of Adamus Dry Gin is characterized by a large cork cap, which is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also emphasizes the connection of the gin with nature.
