Beerenkraefte Gin Chianinahof Edition was produced by Beerenkraefte master distiller Wolfgang Thomann in collaboration with the operators of Chianinahof. Chianinahof is run by Nino Sifkovits and Cheyenne Ochsenknecht from Dobl near Graz, where Italian Chianin cattle and other rare farm animals are bred and raised.
Juniper, sun-ripened Styrian chokeberries, and the flavor of fresh lemons are highlighted in this London Dry Gin. The notes of lemons reflect the importance of lemons in the preparation of the special meat at Chianinahof.
Through the aroma basket process in small batch, a small quantity of 360 bottles in total was bottled.
