For this special series, an eight-year-old rum from the Caribbean island of Barbados was bottled in barrels from Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, Guadeloupe and Guatemala.
This number of barrels creates a taste experience in a class of its own – each cask is distinguished by its origin.
For this Bellamy’s bottling, rum from El Salvador is aged for 12 years in Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels.
This rum is neither coloured nor sweetened.
