Adrian Schleihauf is the third generation to run the Schleihauf fine fruit distillery, which has specialized in the handmade production of high-quality spirits for over 40 years. The distillery was founded in 1982 by his grandfather Herbert Schleihauf, an experienced cooper and cellar master who laid the foundation for the production of traditional fruit brandies.

The Boeser Kater brand was created from the inspiration of his tomcat Ruediger, which combines a love of cats with a passion for first-class spirits. Adrian and his team continue the tradition of the family factory. With every purchase of a Boeser Kater Gin, a contribution is made to cat protection, as part of the proceeds go to this cause.

The Boeser Kater Two Faced Gin offers a special experience, as it impresses not only with its taste, but also with its appearance. As the name suggests, the gin shows two different faces, which are particularly visible when tonic water is added.

While the gin shines in a deep blue when drunk neat, its color changes as soon as acidic drinks are added and turns into a fascinating violet. This color change, which creates a visual highlight, occurs because the gin is produced naturally and gets its blue color exclusively from secret, but completely natural ingredients.
