Cognac Park 12 Years Old Borderies Mizunara Japanese Oak Cask Finish Single Cru was initially crafted by Gaston who learnt the work of the vines. Once at the head of the estate, his son took over and initiated the art of distillation and ageing. Each generation has passed on this know-how, allowing the 4th generation of the Tessendier family to master the art of blending and become Creators of Cognac. In the early 1990s, Dominic Park, a visionary of Scottish origin, discovered the Cognac region and aimed to create an exclusive line of cognacs under his name. In 1993, he partnered with Jerome Tessendier, who created tailor-made blends that formed the first PARK range. Their commitment to fine and complex qualities positioned them as pioneers of made to measure cognacs, which would later be celebrated as craft cognacs, showcasing the rich heritage and innovative spirit of the region.
