Del Professore Gin A La Madame is an elegant and complex gin from Italy, crafted with artisanal care in limited batches. It comes from the Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont, a distillery with a long tradition that is also behind the renowned products of the Del Professore series. This gin is nicknamed “A La Madame” because of its particularly floral, finely balanced aroma profile in the style of a soft, feminine gin.

Made from a grain alcohol of agricultural origin, the gin is macerated with a variety of carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, mugwort, citrus fruits, chamomile, lavender, and other Mediterranean herbs. The result is a full-bodied yet harmonious gin with a subtle sweetness and pronounced floral depth. The gin is produced in small batches without industrial filtration which gives it its distinctive character and its golden, slightly cloudy color.
