A highly exclusive expression just three casks are produced each year. Each bottle comes numbered by cask as a mark of quality. Triple distilled, non-chill filtered, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Bottled at 56% ABV.
TASTING NOTES
Nose:The influence of the Sherry cask is forever present, with notes of dark chocolate.
Taste: Toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins gives a complexity that is satisfying to the palate.
Finish: A combination of nutty oloroso sherry as well as a dark chocolate that begs to continue.
