The distillery is located in the middle of the Pannonica and is surrounded by the highest peaks of the majestic Austrian Alps.

The crystal-clear water of the untamed, meandering Leitha river and the almost untouched flora and fauna of the surrounding forests have a strong influence on Baerenman products and give them flavours that are typical of this region.

Dry Pink Gin is unique and attractive, not only because of its striking bottle and gin colour, but also because of its infusion of sun-ripened raspberries, whose taste and smell offer a completely new drinking experience.

Old Austrian fruit distillation techniques are used to produce a raspberry schnapps called Himbeergeist. Here, both worlds of gin and fruit were combined to create something new, the Dry Pink Gin.
