Bayab was inspired by the African baobab tree. All gins of the South African brand are distilled from locally grown sugar cane, blended with the purest water from the midlands of KwaZulu-Natal and distilled in a copper pot still.
Bayab Classic Dry Gin is a blend of botanicals including juniper berries, rosemary, lemon peel, oranges, sea salt and fruit from the baobab tree.
This combination of ingredients creates a distinct flavor profile that reflects the influence of the baobab tree on the taste of the gin.
