Bluecoat Dry Gin is distilled in a custom-made, hand-hammered copper still. In a real batch distillation with extremely slow heating in the pot, the high-quality alcohol can be separated optimally. Impurities are filtered out so that only the purest and most taste-intensive alcohols end up in the end product. The result is a spirit that is intensely smooth and invigorating.
Bluecoat Barrel Finished also matures in new American oak barrels.
