Niigata is a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan.
The word ‘Shinobu’ means indulgence in Japanese.
The base ingredients for this gin are fresh citrus varieties that marry a classic combination of commonly used botanicals like juniper and coriander.
Botanicals: juniper, coriander, orange peel, yuzu, Japanese pepper and angelica root.
